We work typically (though not exclusively) with companies from other European countries, predominantly from Scandinavia, such as Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
We work within a proven three-stage methodology, providing organisations with either an end-to-end service, or just the specific help they require.
A key part of the value that we offer to organisations is the deep understanding of the UK market and culture that only UK-based organisations can deliver. Although many countries are similar in most important respects, it is the small differences in cultural diversity that can create big problems; it is when these differences are often not appreciated, understood and addressed that entering a new market can prove more expensive, time-consuming - or often fail outright. We address cultural issues as part of our overall approach, helping organisations to succeed.
