About the Business
I was a co-founder of Europe's largest frozen vegetable plant and was primarily responsible for sales and marketing. In year one sales in excess of £6 million were achieved and a national brand developed. Annual turnover rapidly increased to over £30 million including contracts with major supermarkets and a growing export order book. The business was eventually sold for a significant profit.
