Founded in 1984, Clifford Talbot Partnership was formed to provide solutions to energy and utility management issues in commerce, industry, government and the public sectors throughout the UK.
As Energy Brokers and Utility Brokers, the ethos of the Company has always been to provide high quality and professional advice together with a personal and cost-effective service. As a result, we have an excellent reputation and an enviable depth of experience in utilities and associated cost reduction techniques.
As a result of our approach we quickly grew to become a leading energy and utilities consultancy working throughout the UK. During the 1990's and up until 2010, we have worked on behalf of many government funded organisations that evolved from the Energy Efficiency Best Programme (EEBPp) to Action Energy and then the Carbon Trust. This association lapsed when the government removed subsidies for energy management consultancy.
