Peel The Onion

I'm Michelle Davis, owner and founder of Peel the Onion. I started the company because of my belief that to move forward in business, you must first take a step back. By this, I mean that only by realising and tackling business challenges can you come up with appropriate solutions to remedy them.

I always start by asking the difficult questions. By analysing current performance. By evaluating what works and what doesn't. And because I'm able to offer a fresh perspective, you're able to see things differently. It's how I begin to formulate simple yet innovative solutions that have real longevity and impact. So, whether you're a small start-up that's looking for direction or a larger company that's in need of help with a more complex business challenge, Peel the Onion provides a service that will deliver results against your business objectives.
