Hampshire HR consultancy, HR First, specialises in providing HR for businesses and in particular HR for SMEs. Our HR advisers, seamlessly engage, working as the client's dedicated HR business partner to deliver bespoke HR support and HR solutions either proactively or at the point of need.

Our HR consultants often act as the employment law specialist, providing pragmatic HR advice on employment law matters and HR issues, advising on suitable HR procedures and HR policies, and adding the necessary HR expertise to craft solutions to business problems. In addition to engaging with clients for specific projects, our HR consultants provide on-going HR support to proactively identify and alert the client to changes, for example in employment law, that affect their business, working with the client to understand the ramifications and developing and implementing suitable solutions.
