Deekay was founded over 40 years ago. Khim's expertise in managing, buying and selling commercial property attracted a loyal clientele and gradually evolved into the practice it has become today. Deekay are responsible for a commercial property portfolio with a diverse geographical spread comprising high street retail, offices, light industrial and warehouses.

Deekay also manage a sizeable ground rent portfolio. Tenants include NatWest, Santander, Barclays Bank, Sainsbury's, Tesco Stores Ltd, WH Smiths, Lloyds Bank, RBS Group, Sun Life, Nissan and Fiat. Deekay's clients include property companies, Employee Benefit/Family Trusts and high net worth individuals.
