I'm looking for an experienced business consultant who can work directly with my father on a one-to-one basis to help him grow and develop his existing business. Ideally, we're looking for someone who can assess how the business currently operates, identify areas for improvement, and provide practical advice on increasing customers, revenue and profitability. We would also be interested in ongoing support and regular meetings to help him develop a clear long-term growth strategy, set achievable goals and expand the business over time.
