MVA Consulting operates an associate consultancy model. This means that, unlike heavily staffed consultancies, we will not try and fit unsuitable consultants into your projects. Instead, we will find and manage the most skilled and appropriate support for your company's particular needs from our extensive roster of associate consultants.

David has worked in the Customer Management and Contact Centre industry for the past 24 years, and has built an expertise that combines customer management practices with contact centre delivery. Having started in the direct marketing industry, David moved to Sitel Corporation, where he had responsibility for delivering multi-lingual contact centre solutions for, amongst others, Microsoft and Olivetti Personal Computers, from centres in the UK, Belgium and Japan. A UK board member, David was ultimately appointed Global Product Marketing Director for Sitel.
