About the Business
Paul has a multi-skilled background in general and strategic management, and has held executive board and senior management positions in both the public and private sectors. His specialist areas include strategy consulting, turnaround management and organisational restructuring, international development, financial management and HRM. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, Paul also holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Glasgow Business School, and operates as a business mentor with the Scottish Chambers of Commerce.
Paul specialises in operational and process improvement, and has a particular interest in the application of LEAN principles across all organisational levels and functions. In addition to his extensive consulting experience, Paul has held several senior roles within the manufacturing sector, including Director of world-wide Manufacturing Engineering for NEC Computers International.
