Smooth Cactus Consulting was founded by Mia Ball, a business consultant living on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire borders. After graduating from the University of Oxford, Mia worked for several leading academic publishers where she managed multi-million pound client lists and regularly exceeded her sales targets. In addition she has worked with a number of FTSE 100 companies planning advertising campaigns and providing marketing resources.
