All the contractual and financial obligations are identified and a project execution plan is then produced. We then add value by ensuring that these tasks are undertaken in the most efficient manner. Efficiencies in the financial, commercial and administrative processes over the duration of a PFI projects can add significant financial value. Our aim is to ensure the shareholders' target returns expected from a project are achieved and if possible exceeded.
