PLM are Consultants to Non-Profit Organisations specialising in Strategic Planning, Fundraising and Capacity Building formed in 1999. Philip McClean, the Senior Consultant of PLM, has worked in the voluntary sector for the better part of three decades. His work, particularly in the three specialised areas above, has been recognised both at local and national level. He has worked with organisations as diverse as local church and community development groups to regional organisations and national charities such as MENCAP and the RNLI.
He is responsible for setting up a number of innovative projects such as the 174 Trust Community Training and Enterprise Centre and The 174 Trust Disability Liaison Scheme. He spearheaded the formation of the Duncairn Complex in North Belfast in the mid nineties, which is now home to a number of community groups, projects and services.
