About the Business

We are a sales and business consultancy partnership offering project skills to a broad business base in the South West peninsula. We specialise in business improvement through better use of resources and improved revenues. We help our clients to secure the right resources, systems and people, and to maximize their potential.

We have a broad client base in industries from pasty bakers to jewellery manufacturers and in international and devolved government. See a selection of our individual client testimonials for more on how we have helped improve our clients' organisations and seen them achieve their goals.

Business Services

Business And Systems' Healthcheck

Our wide experience in small single location businesses as well large multinationals with multiple sales offices and factories leaves us well qualified to objectively review your business processes and the systems that support them, whatever the size of the operation. We identify and advise on opportunities available to make improvements and their value.

Improving customer service, reducing production and service costs, improving productivity in administration and production, improving delivery times and lifting sales revenues are among our goals.

Our review does not take long, taking up far less time with staff than clients expect: it does not interfere with production, sales or administration. It is also inexpensive and our report is delivered quickly.

Following the healthcheck we can help in a variety of ways to help implement changes over a time period to suit the priorities of the business.

Recommendations are sometimes implemented by client staff over time as part of the annual improvement programme, and often we are invited to act as project manager to ensure the recommendations are implemented more fully and more quickly.
