H E Barnes is a successful Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Sheffield for over 90 years. We are currently predicted to turnover £12 Million this coming financial year with Work Secured and Work in Progress. However, we are wanting to further our plans and growth through planning our strategy with the help of an external agency who can assist with objectivity and a fresh take on our business from an external perspective. We want to set communicable targets that can be filtered down through business at each level for performance management and Quality purposes. We would be looking to complete this in March 2017.
