About the Business
Workflow Consulting is a consultancy specialising in helping organisations introduce change and improve their business processes particularly through the application of computerised workflow technologies. We are great believers in the sentiment Peter Drucker expressed when saying "there is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all".
So our approach is to analyse business processes from what they are trying to achieve then working back to how best these objectives can be achieved. We have particularly strong experience in the legal sector but have also worked for government agencies and other professional organisations.
