All of us are experienced HR and Recruitment Consultants and CIPD professionally qualified.
IJA began in April 2007. Our first client was Heist Ltd, the research and education marketing business that is part of Euro-RSCG Riley Ltd, closely followed by a recruitment project for the National Children's University and an Assessment Centre for Herefordshire College.
Our core business is senior recruitment : We will identify the most suitable potential candidates for your vacancy through original research and our contacts and networks from previous assignments. Following your brief, we search in the UK and Ireland, Europe, the USA and Canada, Australia and New Zealand and across the world and bring your vacancy directly to them.
